The Feathers Association signed off a landmark 90th year in style, with a record-breaking 70th edition of The Feathers Winter Ball.
For the very first time, our unmissable pre-Christmas celebration was hosted over two nights, taking over London’s world-famous super club, The Ministry of Sound, in spectacular style.
Despite doubling capacity for this year, excited soon-to-be revellers snapped up and sold out all 3000 tickets in just a matter of minutes, making this year’s Ball the biggest celebration to date.
Continuing the fabulous traditions of The Feathers Ball, guests arrived dressed to nines; in black tie and ball gowns, ensuring this rite of passage remains in touch with its colourful and unique history, whilst remaining strikingly relevant for this generation of young people, who make these nights so sought after and special to attend.
The scale and atmosphere of The Feathers Ball was captured brilliantly by our Photographer, Phoebe Rolls, with a selection of snaps available to see below.

Most importantly, the success of The Feathers Ball has a life-changing impact on the lives of children, young people and vulnerable communities, right across the UK. The money raised from this event is directly reinvested into the work of The Feathers Association; from providing essential support to families in London, to youth programmes in Wales, or boxing sessions in Glasgow, your support of The Ball is a vital part a life-changing charity, which is helping those in need every single day.
Our attention now turns to The Spring Ball, a very different experience, which welcomes students in school years 7 & 8. Dates and ticket information will be shared with those subscribed to our mailing list, early in 2025, so do ensure you are signed up for updates.
