We’re proud to share that The Feathers Association is a finalist for Charity of the Year at the Kensington, Chelsea & Westminster Chamber of Commerce Business Awards 2025.
This recognition celebrates the work we do every day alongside and for young people and communities – from after-school support and creative programmes to mentoring, mental health services, sports activities and youth leadership. It’s also a reflection of the powerful relationships we’ve built across Westminster with businesses, charities, funders, and local partners.
“Becoming finalists is a moment of real pride – not just for what we’ve achieved, but for what we’re building. It recognises how far we’ve come as a charity, and it reflects the belief we have in the potential of every person we serve. The Feathers Association has never been afraid to evolve – to listen, adapt, and lead from the ground up – and that’s what makes this recognition so powerful. It belongs to our staff, our partners, and the community that we continue to serve.”
Michelle Vorel-Adams, Director of Business and Innovation
The Feathers Association exists to help communities thrive with safe, inclusive spaces, trusted support, and opportunities to grow. Whether through arts, sport, education, food provision or simply having someone to listen, we stand beside our communities every step of the way.
“This shortlisting speaks directly to the future of cross-sector collaboration. Through initiatives like The Feathers 90 Club, we’re building meaningful corporate partnerships that deliver value not only to our charity, but to businesses seeking deeper impact. It’s proof that when business and social purpose align, the results are powerful – for everyone involved,”
David Jones, CEO of The Feathers Association
The awards ceremony will take place this October. Keep an eye out for more in the lead-up, as we spotlight the people, stories and partnerships behind our nomination. Want to be part of this work? Whether you’re a local business, funder or individual supporter, we’d love to connect.
