We’re incredibly proud to announce that our Feathers Marylebone under-13s football team have been crowned tournament champions, and what a journey it’s been to get here!
This win didn’t happen overnight. It’s the result of months of dedication, with our young players showing up week after week to train at Feathers Marylebone, rain or shine. Led by our passionate and inspiring youth workers, these sessions have become more than just practice – they’ve been a space to grow skills, build confidence, and form a real team spirit.
The tournament was a standout moment in our Easter half-term programme, and the team brought everything they had. Despite it being the holidays, they turned up with focus, energy, and heart. This win is about so much more than football; it’s a celebration of growth, perseverance, and community. It reflects the potential we see in every young person we work with, and the positive change that’s possible when they’re given the chance to thrive.
A huge part of this success belongs to our incredible youth workers, who’ve supported these young people every step of the way. Their belief, encouragement, and mentorship are woven into every win, on and off the pitch.
