FLATOUT, the immersive fitness race series, is bringing its first-ever London event to the iconic Old Billingsgate in September and has announced The Feathers Association as its official charity partner for the occasion.
Taking place from 25 to 27 September 2026, the event brings together London’s fitness community and a charity with nearly a century of history. Founded in 1934, The Feathers Association has spent over 90 years providing children, young people and communities across the UK with opportunities through sporting, cultural and recreational activities.
FLATOUT is built for people serious about their fitness who want to take on a genuine challenge — combining endurance, strength and community spirit across a course of coached workout zones. The event is open to a wide range of categories, including Team Relays, Elite, Individuals, Pairs, Junior, and the newly launched Sidekicks format for parent-and-child teams, meaning there’s a way in for almost anyone.
Adam Smith, Founder of FLATOUT, said:
“With youth and community at the heart of everything it does, partnering with The Feathers Association was a natural choice for FLATOUT. Every day, users of the charity’s centres and outreach programmes benefit from the wide range of sports and activities that they offer, and we are delighted to be able to support them in their endeavours.”
Anyone wanting to take part can now make their miles matter in two ways:
FLATOUT and The Feathers Association have also allocated a number of complimentary tickets for corporate partners, teams and pairs, including Sidekicks, who want to race while actively fundraising for the charity. Whether competing Solo, in Doubles, as a Relay team, or in the new Sidekicks format, fundraisers who step up will help ensure more young people across London can access the opportunities they need to thrive.
Michelle Vorel-Adams, Business & Innovation Director at The Feathers Association, said:
“We are delighted to be launching our national charity partnership with FLATOUT at their inaugural London event. By creating fun, accessible events which challenge competitors, FLATOUT aligns with our ethos of providing activities and sports for young people and their communities. We would encourage anyone interested in entering FLATOUT to consider supporting the work of The Feathers Association.”
