Funding Youth Projects Across London.
Creating opportunities, serving communities.
Our Mission

London – a city where all children and teenagers
can achieve their potential.
We generate funds to support youth projects across London providing inspiring, safe surroundings for young people. Through the Fourth Feathers Youth and Community Centre in Marylebone the Association demonstrates understanding and the effectiveness of its core objectives.
The Centre runs programmes during the week which are drawn up in consultation with young people. All the activities and projects have an informal educational content. These include archery, arts and crafts, boxing, cooking, dance, basketball, football, gardening, music, skate-boarding, and there are holiday programmes which incorporate trips both within London as well as residential weekends and an annual week on a farm in Somerset.
There is also a job club and a Volunteeering programme. The team at the Fourth Feathers Youth Centre consists of a Senior Youth Worker, part-time youth workers and volunteers. All the staff team are encouraged to take courses to further their qualifications.
The Feathers Charity Ball
The Feathers Charity Ball began in the 1950s as a way for young people to meet up and generate funds in aid of The Feathers Association. The Feathers Charity Balls have since become established events in the social calendar generating millions of pounds for youth projects across London.
